Diagnosis
You want to store data for application in archive .
Settings in Customizing (Document management -> General data -> Workstat. applicat.) define which archive application data can be stored in.
These archives must first:
- be defined as data carriers/network nodes
- be assigned to a data carrier type
- the archive must be maintained in Customizing (Process technology -> Optical archive).
Storage in archive is not defined for application .
Procedure
- Check in Customizing which archive data carriers/network nodes are defined.
- Assign the application to a defined archive.
If a new entry for archive needs to be created, contact your system manager. - Only archives that have a maintained link in ArchiveLink-Customizing ( ) are allowed.
