Diagnosis

You are processing the document status detail screen for a particular document type and have entered a previous status for the status.

System Response

The system checks whether the previous status you chose is defined as a status type for this document type.
This is not the case.

Procedure

  • Go back to the overview (Goto -> Overview).
  • Check whether the previous status you chose is already defined as a status type for the document type.
    • You may have entered it without saving. In this case, first s ave your entry (Table view -> Save) and enter the previous status on the detail screen again.
    • If there is no entry for the status, make one.
      Save your entry and go back to the detail screen. Enter the previous status again and save your data.
