Diagnosis
You want to change a status. Settings in Customizing (Document management -> Control data -> Document status) define that the system sets the Released indicator for this combination of document status and document type.
As the document is part of a hierarchy, the system checks whether the current status of subordinate documents have this indicator, too.
As this is not the case, the system issues a warning message.
Procedure
Check whether you need to set the status at this point in time. Check the status of the subordinate documents if required.
