Diagnosis
The printer you entered cannot be used as a plotter. The SAP System is designed to recognize only printers as plotters that are defined as plotters in a table of the distribution module.

Procedure
Carry out one of the following steps:
- Enter a printer that can be used as a plotter.
- Defe a printer in Customizing for document management as a plotter (Activity Define plotter).
