Diagnosis
When you call the function Start distribution with recipient list , the recipient list is used as a template. Since the documents are saved without a document part or version in recipient lists, the system enters a document automatically.
- Determining the document according to the alphanumeric sequence
Document part 000 always has priority.
- The last released version is used.
- If there is no released version available, the last version according to its date is taken.
If there are several versions for one date, the highest version is taken.
