Diagnosis

• A distribution type has been chosen for which you must explicitly enter
• an output device (for example, plotter).
• The 'Printer required' indicator has been set for this distribution type in Customizing for document distribution.

• In the list of possible distribution types for recipients (F4), you
• must explicitly choose a communication address.
• Vorgehen:
• - Chose F4 help on the distribution type field
• - Choose the distribution type you require and then execute the
• function for choosing the communication address
• - Choose a communication address and copy it
