Diagnosis
Distribution has taken place to an external address. The communication interface reacts as follows:

System Response
Procedure
The distribution to an external address is always asynchronous. The job for the distribution process must be scheduled in SapConnect (transaction SCOT) administration. This process should be scheduled several times a day.
As long as the process has not been started, the status of the partial order remains 'PC' (package created).
