Diagnosis
The Change planning function is being carried out by another user. You cannot start it again for this plant and planning tool.
System Response
Procedure
Make sure that planning data processing is finished. Exit the transaction and call it again.
Note
In the display mode, you can start the planning tool any number of times (Display planning function).
