Diagnosis

The sequence of the nodes with enhancement IDs for a structure is to be changed, but the enhancement IDs are all not changeable.

Verious checks are made to ensure that the enhancement IDs are changeable

Does the user have developer authorization for the enhancement ID package (authorization object 'S_DEVELOP', activity '02').
The function module 'TR_OBJECT_CHECK' checks whether the enhancement ID can be processed from the transport system perspective.

System Response

If any of these checks fail, this enhancement ID is not released for changes.

Check whether you have the required authorizations for the authorization object 'S_DEVELOP'. Contact your system administrator.

If the transport system check fails, the object 'R3TR' 'SHI5' <ERWEITERUNGS-ID> is probably locked by another user. Contact this user.
