Diagnosis
There is an error in the table settings for the SAP Knowledge Provider. During maintenance of the repositories for document contents, a contents repository was created for storage in database table . However, this table does not exist in the current system or is not active. It is possible that transport requests were not carried out in the correct order and the missing or inactive table will be imported in a subsequent transport request.
System Response
In this status, the system cannot use write access or read-only access for documents to be stored in database table . A short dump will occur if users attempt to access the documents.
Procedure
The settings must be returned to a consistent status. You should run program RSIRGENT after the subsequent transport requests. If the missing table is imported in a subsequent transport request, this program will allow access to the documents involved.
