INSERT error in Table ASGRP: Entry exists already

Diagnosis
In table ASGRP you define which application server is in which update group. In the update administration (transaction SM13 -> Administration, or SM14) you attempted to assign a server to a group, but this server already belongs to another group. As update servers can only belong to one update group, this request has been refused.
