Diagnosis
An internal error, that is not described further here, occurred while evaluating (displaying) the performance trace file.
System Response
The system continues processing after the message.
Procedure
Try to display the performance trace using transaction ST05. Repeat the creation and evaluation of the performance trace using ST05.
If the internal error continues to occur, contact SAP.
