&1 dunning groups use the dunning level valid before item transfer

Diagnosis

During an item transer using the function transfer items, items were transferred to a different combination made up of a business partner, contract account and insurance object. A follow-up action could have been that the dunning procedure ended at a certain level in the previous combination.

If transferred items are dunned due to the item transfer, a check is performed to verify whether the old items have already been dunned. The new dunning groups could inherit the dunning levels from the old dunning groups. If you take into account the days in arrears for the transferred items, you can raise the determined dunning levels.
