& items relate to materials without a QM info record

Diagnosis
You have assigned a request for quotation to a vendor. Some items in the RFQ relate to materials for which there is no info record in the Quality Management system, even though the material requires quality inspection.
Procedure
The relevant info records must be maintained in the QM system before you can save the RFQ completely.
Perform function
Alternatively, you can delete the items that require inspection and then save the RFQ.
