Diagnosis

The material is flagged as a configurable material in the material master. However, this material has not been configured in either the purchase order or the material master.

Configure the material. From the item details for the purchase order, choose the Configuration button on the Material Data tab page.

You can also preconfigure material in the material master on the Classification tab page.
