The outline agreement item specifies plant , whereas the relevant source list record stipulates plant . However, the two plants must be the same.

Procedure

• Have you entered the correct outline agreement number?
• Is plant the right one for this source list record?
• Is the plant entered in the purchase order the same as the plant in the RFQ?
