Diagnosis
The system does not have sufficient information to enable it to find the info record.
Procedure
The system can only find the info record if you enter
- the number of the vendor and the material, or
- a valid info record number. This is necessary in the case of info records that do not refer to a material master record.
You can determine the numbers of already existing info records via the relevant list display.
