Could not release folder &, since it still contains a background job

Diagnosis
When the batch input folder was released, the system searched for the corresponding background jobs. While doing so, it found an associated job whose status was not yet set to "Complete".
After this folder is released, it may be processed in a dialog or in the background. If it is, this existing job may be executed, which means that duplicate data may be posted.
System Response
The system cannot release the folder .
Procedure
Analyze the associated background job using transaction SM37:
Job name:
User name (creator of job):
Planned start date:
Planned start time:
Check whether or not the job can be executed and thus no longer needs released.
Otherwise, delete the job and release the folder again.
