Delivery item &1 of delivery &2 will not be optimized

Diagnosis
A delivery item is transferred to VSO when its picking status has the value 'A' (= not edited) and the goods movement status does not have the value 'C' (= completely edited). If one of theses conditions does not apply, the delivery item will not be considered for the vehicle space optimization.
