Diagnosis
The data that the external tool is supposed to provide for vehicle space optimization is missing either partially or completely. Therefore, the log may still contain messages from the external tool under node "Checks after Optimization Run".
The shipment is saved without the results of the optimization in this case. Any existing optimization result is deleted from the database, as it is outdated and no longer fits the current shipment data.
