Value assignment types do not differ; use assessment cannot be started

Diagnosis
You have redefined at least one of the following value assignment types in Customizing:
- SAP_RCS_EXPSCE (used by default for the use collection part of the dialog)
- SAP_EHS_1027_001 (used by default for the use and exposure part of the dialog)
Both value assignment types are set to the identical value .
System Response
The use assessment dialog cannot be opened.
Procedure
To allow you to open the use assessment dialog, change the value assignment type settings to different values for standard value assignment types SAP_RCS_EXPSCE and SAP_EHS_1027_001 in theSubstitute Properties and Characteristics Customizing activity.
