Inheritance is in use; change of characteristic definition not possible

Diagnosis
In the current run of the conversion report, the system determined relevant valuation instances to be converted. However, the system has determined that inheritance is in use.
System Response
The system does not set the definition of the REACH use characteristics to Single Value.
Procedure
- Ensure that all relevant EH&S specifications have been processed.
- Ensure that the converted specification data has been inherited to all relevant target specifications.
For this reason, check the log entries of the latest run of the inheritance job (report RC1R0INH). - Afterwards, restart the conversion report with the option to change the characteristics definition.
