Reports exist with the wrong status (&1, &2, &3)

Diagnosis

You want to create a report for an object (SUBID, GenVar, LANGU). However, the object already has reports that are not in status Released (W7) or Historic (WD).

System Response

It cannot be determined if the report can be released or set to historic. For this reason, processing is aborted.

If a document should have been created (DMS), this was already created and checked in. It will not be deleted.

Procedure

Call transaction CG54 and check that all existing reports for the given object are set to status Released (W7) or Historic (WD).

If not all reports meet these criteria, check if they can be changed.
