Diagnosis
The e-mail was processed and a task has been created. However, the task could not be assigned to a business partner because the e-mail address is not assigned to a contact person.

Procedure
Check whether the contact person with e-mail address is maintained as the partner address. If not, create the contact person together with its external SMTP e-mail address .
