You can use an executable function for this message.
Procedure for System Administration
Configure a function module for executing during Customizing of task categories. If this function module already exists in the customer name space (Z or Y), you can adjust it directly. Otherwise, copy the function module to one of your own functions groups and adjust the copy. Configure the adjusted function as an execution function for the corresponding task category.
