Error during the creation/update of task; no tasks exist for the import

Diagnosis
Reporting for the current import is missing in the task management.
System Response
The system executed the import. However, the system did not create or update the task. The import file was not saved to DMS. No links were created between the successfully imported product headers and the DMS file.
