Existing exemption becomes invalid because of this change

Diagnosis
An exemption is only valid for certain pure substances and basic materials, and only up to a certain amount of a pure substance. If another basic material is assigned or the amount is increased after an exemption has been assigned, the exemption already assigned may becomes invalid.
System Response
The data cannot be changed if the changes causes an existing exemption becomes invalid.
Procedure
Check the entered data. If the data is correct, delete the exemption assigned.
