No components and no IMDS NODE ID exist for the substance

Diagnosis
The system could not find a composition or an IMDS node ID for the substance.
System Response
If a composition is not maintained for the substance, you must enter at least an IMDS node ID. A valid IMDS upload cannot be performed if the composition and the IMDS node ID are missing.
Procedure
Maintain a substance composition or an IMDS node ID identifier.
