Diagnosis
Customer wants a report for the product in format . However, a released report does not exist or the report was not shipped to the customer.
System Response
Procedure
- Check if a released report exists in the report management system.
- If any unreleased reports exist, release them.
- If no reports exist, create a report.
- Ship the report to the customer.
