Diagnosis
Downloading corporation files is only possible with a user account that has a Corporation Download Profile.

Procedure for System Administration
If the account has a Corporation Download Profile, check the company ID in the IMDS configuration in Customizing.
If the account does not have a Corporation Download Profile, ensure that the Company ID field is empty in the IMDS configuration in Customizing.
