Procedure

If the message is generated from a user-defined program, ensure that the program only uses existing pure substances and pure substance groups that are regulated according to your regulatory list.

If the message is raised by a standard program, execute the program /TDAG/CPR_RC1PHDEL or contact your system administrator. Ensure that this program is scheduled as a periodic background job.

Finally, retry the activity that caused the message.
