Diagnosis
You have executed the compliance check for the regulatory list . The regulatory list or customer list is configured to use substances that are regulated at the part level and not at the homogenous level and/or classification codes.
In order to calculate the compliance status for part , based upon the declarable substances from the component , the system requires a calculated weight for both parts. The same applies, if the part uses the classification code C. However, one of the following applies:
- Measured weight for part is missing.
- Weight information for bulks and basic materials in composition of part is missing.
System Response
The compliance check was not able to calculate the weight and mass fraction of the declarable substances from the component against the parent part .
The compliance check sets the check result for part according to the reaction defined by check criteria in the Customizing activity Specify Checks and Single Criteria.
Procedure
- Verify that the regulatory list is defined correctly.
- Verify that the check criteria is defined correctly.
- Verify that the product structure for and the weights for and are correct. Enter the missing weight information.
