Diagnosis

According to the configuration of the regulatory list , it is not possible to maintain or use exemptions. However, the regulated pure substance for specification uses the exemption .

System Response

The declarable substances was not saved during the check or data import.

Procedure

If the usage of exemptions for the regulatory list is not allowed, ensure that your product data does not use exemptions for the affected regulatory list.

Procedure for System Administration

If the usage of exemptions for the regulatory list is correct, then activate the usage of exemptions for the affected regulatory list in the Customizing activity Specify Regulatory Lists and Customer Lists.
