Diagnosis
The value for the environmentally safe period (ESP) is not maintained for the product (top level).
System Response
If the check criterion is active and set to error, the compliance status is not ascertainable.
If the check criterion is active and set to warning, the compliance status will be Compliant but a warning message is displayed.
Procedure
Enter a value for the ESP. You can find the value in the Env. Safe Use Period property in the property tree.
Procedure for System Administration
If the criterion is not relevant, deselect the Active checkbox in the Customizing activity Define Checks and Single Criteria.
