Cannot calculate weight of product &1

Diagnosis

The possible reasons for not calculating the weight are the following:

  • Weight data for products is missing.
  • Weight data for bulks is missing.
  • Unit of bulks is specified in the composition with % (percent).

System Response

The system does not enter a calculated weight. Checks against the calculated weight cannot be performed.

Procedure

Check if one of the errors under Diagnosis applies and correct it.
