Diagnosis
Since no value is found in the Mass Information property, characteristic Mass Tolerance, the system read the tolerance value from Customizing. However, the tolerance value from the environment parameter contains invalid characters.

Procedure
In the Customizing activity Specify Environment Parameters, enter a valid tolerance value as a numeric value (without percent character) for the parameter PDB_PRODUCT_WEIGHT_TOLERANCE.
