Procedure
Check the selected company ID.
The IMDS contact information could be out of date. In this case, re-initialize the IMDS address management with the CCAll file (seeSet Up System with IMDS All Files) and make sure that the daily updated file for the IMDS contact data is downloaded and imported (see Set Up Daily Synchronization with IMDS System Using IMDS Daily Files).
