Check the selected contact person.
The IMDS contact information could be out of date. In this case, re-initialize IMDS address management with the CCAll file (seeSet Up System with IMDS All Files ) and make sure that the daily updated file for the IMDS contact data is downloaded and imported (see Set Up Daily Synchronization with IMDS System Using IMDS Daily Files).
