Environment parameter DEFAULT_RESPONDER_UNAME is missing

Diagnosis
This parameter is used to determine the data that is to be entered in the <DocumentResponder> element. The parameter contains the user name of a responder. If the internal contact person is not maintained in the Contact Person field in the specification for which the XML is generated, the parameter is used.
