Diagnosis
The FLG_LTXT checkbox is selected for record number in the API_PHRASES_TAB internal table. However, there is no corresponding record in the API_PHRASES_LONGTEXT_TAB internal table.
System Response
The system cannot read the long text of a phrase for specification , property , and characteristic .
