Diagnosis
The FLG_IS_PHR checkbox is selected for record number in the internal table API_PROP_DATA_TAB. However, there is no corresponding record in the internal table API_PHRASES_TAB.
System Response
The system cannot read a phrase for specification , property , and characteristic .
