Diagnosis
Item cannot be shipped in the same delivery with the other items of the delivery group because the header data is different.
System Response
The system issues this message if a delivery split is necessary, but cannot be done because of the delivery group.
If this message appears when you are creating an outbound delivery, it indicates that the order item cannot be shipped with the current outbound delivery.
Procedure
If this message appears when you are creating an outbound delivery, do one of the following
- The header data of the item should be adjusted in a way that it can be delivered with the other items of the delivery group.
- The delivery group of the item should be changed.
