Diagnosis
A direct outbound delivery with the number should be created. However, there is already a sales and distribution document (sales order, delivery or billing document) with the same number.
Probably, the number range for direct outbound deliveries is not configured properly in the connected EWM system.
System Response
The direct outbound delivery cannot be created.
Procedure
Contact you system administrator.

Ensure that there are no number range conflicts between sales and distribution documents in ERP and direct outbound deliveries from various EWM systems.
