Diagnosis
The system could not determine a sales area for the direct outbound delivery.
System Response
The delivery cannot be created.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
The system first checks whether a sales area is assigned to the supplying storage location which is assigned to the first delivery item. If no sales area is defined at storage location level, or if no storage location is provided, the system checks whether a sales area is assigned to the supplying plant.
The system tried to derive the sales area from the following parameters:
- Plant:
- Storage Location:
Check in IMG whether a sales area is defined for the supplying plant or the supplying storage location of the first delivery item.
