There are duplicate fields with the same field name. Modify one of them.

There are fields from different tables, but with the same field name.
System Response
Duplicate field names will produce syntax error in generated coding.
Procedure
For one of the fields with the same name you can change the value of "Field name (XML)". This will be the name of the field in the XML file.
