Diagnosis
When creating an entry, you entered a key that already exists.
You cannot see the entry because it belongs to a scenario that you are not assigned to.
System Response
The entry cannot be created.
Procedure
Choose another key.
It is also possible that the entry has been deleted from the database, but that the scenario assignment still exists.
