Diagnosis
The application interface was called with an indicator setting that prohibits you from sending an event message.
System Response
Event type evaluation is skipped. Event messages are not sent.

Procedure for System Administration
If you want to permit event message sending, verify that the EMsg Send checkbox is checked in the Customizing transaction for defining business process types.
