Diagnosis
Application table assigned to event type is not available in the application table container.
System Response
Communication with the SAP Event Management continues, but follow-up problems may occur if the table(s) are accessed in a parameter setup routine.
Procedure
Check in Customizing for defining event types that the assignment of application tables and alias tables is correct.
