Diagnosis
You have selected one or more installations. This is not currently possible, since the required method CHANGE_DESTINATION in your implementation of the BAdI /SAPSMOSS/01_RFCDATA is either not complete, or the export parameter E_ACTIVE is not set.
System Response
Only the notifications for which the user stored in the RFC destination SAP-OSS-LIST-O01 is valid for the installations were updated.

Check your implementation of the BAdI /SAPSMOSS/01_RFCDATA and complete your code.
