Diagnosis
There are postprocessing orders that have special actions for completing or closing the order. These orders can be closed directly in exceptional cases only. For example, if postprocessing orders cannot be closed using the corresponding actions after an upgrade.
You are not authorized in the PPO to execute the action #Close Technically# (B2) for the software component with the business process . For more information, see the documentation for the authorization object /SAPPO/ORD.
